Thanks to Pat Heading, Vivien Heading, Alan Byrne, June Byrne, and John Sterling for going to the Headstart Program in Holly Hill to teach the children.  The program has been very well received by the school and both the volunteers and the children had a great time.

Thanks to all of the members of the club who donated gifts for the children at Headstart.  The program was a tremendous success this year.  Many people donated money instead of buying and wrapping gifts.  Vivien Heading was in charge of the shopping for the toys and wrapping them.  There was some money left over which went to buy water paint and play dough for the children.  The grant money for the school always runs out and the teachers said that they never had enough paint and play dough for the children.  So thanks to everyone for their generosity.  It really feels good to know what we accomplished there.
