What is Zero Tolerance?  
Simple. Never, ever make anyone feel uncomfortable!  Neither word, nor gesture, nor facial expression, nor sound, should ever express anything but respect and friendliness.  Zero Tolerance means ... always be nice! If you have an issue, please call the director.  Game Directors are responsible for enforcing the Zero Tolerance Policy!  Thank You.
