Absentee Ballot Instructions

1.  IMPORTANT. In order to ensure that your absentee ballot
will be counted it should be completed and returned as soon as
possible so that it can be reach the election committee no later
than 4:00 PM on the day of the election (Nov 7, 2005).

2.  Mark your ballot and cut off the numbered corner.

3.  Place your marked ballot in the small envelope and seal the envelope.

4.  Insert the small envelope into the large envelope and seal.

5.  VERY IMPORTANT.  Sign your name on the large envelope.

6.  Mail, deliver, or have delivered the completed mailing envelope.
